Azure Vista has an enviable position situated in one of the heighest points in Belmont providing the home with stunning 180 degree views over Lake Macquarie including the Belmont Yacht club. The scenery is ever changing and the sunsets need to be seen to be believed. A tiled entry leads you past the three bedrooms and study and the main bathroom, with sunken bath, into the open living areas where you will find the ultimate gourmet cooks dream kitchen, flat screen TV with media streaming capabilities, and ample natural light. The master bedroom has its own ensuite.

Belmont is home to many shops, restaurants and many other amenities and is ideally positioned between Lake Macquarie and Redhead and Blacksmiths Beach. It is only 20 km from Newcastle.
