Important Points -You need to BYO sheets, pillows cases and all of your towels. -Strict no party or function policy. -This is not a serviced apartment, you will need to bring your own food, amenities and toiletries etc. -Advertisement may include scenery images of our area. This renovated, spectacular tri level waterfront home offers panoramic views south over the magnificent Port Stephens and spacious luxurious holiday living.  The main level of the home features an open plan living and dining area (inclusive of Wi-Fi, TV, DVD player and radio) opening onto a spacious tiled front balcony with a BBQ and panoramic water views. On this level, there is also a well equipped, spacious and modern kitchen. The main bedroom with a King sized bed, private rear timber balcony, an ensuite with toilet and shower, a walk through robe and a study area. The main bathroom is also on this level with a large walk in shower and a freestanding bathtub.  There are two generous sized bedrooms downstairs (one with a Queen bed and another with 2 King Single beds). Both rooms open onto a timber deck with access to the enclosed backyard. This level also houses a bathroom/laundry with shower, washing machine, dryer and separate toilet, a media/children's area with TV and DVD player as well as a double lock up garage with internal access.  The third level of the home is accessed via a narrow staircase with a Queen bed, study area and a large window with spectacular views over the Port Stephens bay!  This home offers ducted air conditioning throughout the house, and a secure rear garden area with an outdoor shower. There is also Wi-Fi available for guest usage, this can also be utilised for the Smart TV in the lounge room.
