The property is a 2 minute drive to CBD, where your choice of shopping and food will leave you busy for hours. Entrance to the Blue Water Trail is a stones throw away, which is great for walking or cycling. Just a short 5 minute drive to Harrup Park Country Club. Only a few steps to Town Beach great for kite surfing and Iluka Park.
