    A beautifully renovated house on quiet suburban street. Loved the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area which opened to a lovely deck and green, flat, private garden. Great house for entertaining. Short walk to shopping centre.

A modern home which is spacious and bright with open planned living. The kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining with an island bench, modern appliances and a 8 seater table that flows to an outdoor deck and seating area with gas BBQ. It also has a private courtyard for you to enjoy. The 3 main bedrooms have wardrobes and ceiling fans: Master - 1 king bed 2nd - 1 queen bed 3rd - a set of bunk beds and a single bed The sunroom is set up as a fourth bedroom with a queen size bed that can comfortably accommodate two people. A portable cot/crib is available for infants The main bathroom has a walk-in shower and built in laundry facilities. The original 1950's retro style second bathroom has both a full bath and shower. Towels, linen and beach towels are provided and as well as tea, coffee, milk, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Our pantry and fridge has a range of sauces and dry goods for you to use. There is a dedicated onsite spot for two vehicles to parked one in front of another, with additional parking available on the street for free. The main living area has ceiling fans and screened glass doors to enjoy the ocean breeze on hot days. The property also has central heating throughout the main living area and hallway.

The area is family friendly and quiet with numerous activities only minutes away. A 15 minute stroll takes you to South Steyne Surf beach and cafes. Manly Dam located within Ku-ring-gai National Park is 1 km west of the property. A 10 minute walk takes you to Manly Aquatic centre equipped with indoor/ outdoor pools and splash pad. Supermarkets are an easy 5 minute stroll, as are playgrounds and parks. The property is located 15km from Sydney CBD and only 3km to Manly Wharf. A five minute walk leads you to a bus transport hub that easily takes you into the city CBD or to explore many of the beautiful beaches and suburbs of the Northern Beaches. Alternatively you can drive (10 minutes) or walk (30 minutes) to Manly wharf and cruise into Sydney CBD on a ferry.
