Spend your next holiday or break relaxing in this fresh renovated and styled two bedroom apartment, right across from the beach. Sit on the balcony and listen to the waves. Located in the heart of Buddina and a only short walk to Point Cartwright and its Lighthouse, it is also within easy access of local amenities, restaurants and cafes as well as stunning beaches and the Mooloolah river. Just relax and leave the car in the garage, enjoy the sun and explore the area and its beauty on foot.

The property is located in the residential suburb of Buddina and is located right across the road from Buddina Beach. It is only a short walk to Point Cartwright, it's painted water tower, the Lighthouse and lookout, or alternatively down to Mooloolah River. There are many parks along Mooloolah River and within the "La Balsa Park" stretch, inclusive of fenced and unfenced children's playgrounds. This is also the location of a popular family friendly swimming pocket and ideal if Buddina beach is windy. Buddina itself along with its beaches also has many cafes and restaurants, walking/bike trails, parks and accessible public transport all right on your doorstep. Popular local cafes: - Twinfins Expresso Bar (250m) - Little Miss Saine (250m) - One on La Balsa (450m) - Normans Cafe and Seafood (250m) Further patrolled beaches are also nearby and easily accessible: - Kawana Beach and Surf Lifesaving Club (1.9 km), 4 minute drive Kawana also has a large shopping complex and cinema. - Mooloolaba Beach (6.7km), 14 minute drive For travel inspo and more photos please visit our insta @green_hill_am
