Your hosts are Julie and Jason, a married couple who live locally, and their right hand woman Emma. On any given day, you’ll find Julie in the office, managing administration and overseeing that guests have a memorable trip. Jason is the photographer and maintenance hero. Their operations manager, Emma, corresponds with guests and organizes the housekeeping teams.

This lovely 2 bedroom apartment is located right in the heart of Bellerive Quay and the Marina. With secure access and undercover parking, this apartment is located on the second level with an elevator to take you right to your door if the stairs are a struggle, or if you've got an armful of goodies. This apartment has two queen beds, a fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area. Whether it’s enjoying a glass of wine, reading a book, or having breakfast, the balcony with its water views will become a cosy favourite spot. There is a smart TV in the open plan kitchen, living, and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, and even has a blender and air fryer. There are full laundry facilities in your apartment, as well as a full bathroom. Bellerive town centre is mere moments away on foot - take the foot ferry into the city from Bellerive Wharf and explore Hobart using the electric scooters for hire!

There are plenty of eating out options right on your doorstep, starting with Abundance Cafe, a literal 10 second walk from the building's entrance. Within a short walk there are restaurants and other places to eat and drink. For the health conscious, there are gym options or great spots to take a walk with a view. Blundstone Arena, Eastlands shopping centre and Bellerive beach are also a short walk from the apartment with the ferry from Bellerive taking you across to River Derwent to the Hobart waterfront.
