Located on the third floor with fabulous water views, air conditioning and Apple TV connection point so you can watch all off your favourite movies. The modern, air conditioned, open plan living area has plenty of natural light and floating floorboards throughout, there is also a ceiling fan for extra comfort and balcony access.  The main bedroom has a ceiling fan and access to the balcony and the bonus of water views. There is a new fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and complete cooking facilities, fresh beautiful bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity and the benefit of an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer. Park the car in the garage and walk to all your destinations, whether it be shopping, dining, water sports, dolphin/ whale cruises or just to sit down, relax and have a refreshing drink in one of the popular cafes, bars or clubs, everything is literally at your fingertips. Port Stephens is an easy 2.5 hours from Sydney, with its 26 beautiful beaches, the largest stunning sand dunes in the southern hemisphere, Great Lakes Marine Park and a National Park encompassing 42,000 hectares of Worimi Conservation Lands with fantastic coastal walks. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing. So many activities to do - Diving, fishing, Dolphin and Whale watching, Camel & Horse riding on the beach, boat hire, 4WD and quadbike sand dune rides, Golf, Health & Wellbeing and shopping are to just name a few.

Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.
