Fuller Holidays presents this incredible beachfront house located right on the sands of the beautiful Belongil Beach. Stroll down for a morning swim from the front decks overlooking the ocean and then enjoy breakfast in the sun. The home is set over 3 pavilions with a covered walkway between. The middle pavilion features a large open plan dining, kitchen, and lounge room with indoor/outdoor entertaining overlooking the ocean. Large timber bi-folds on all sides open up the room which adds that special feeling of being by the beach. Front and back entertaining decks, with outdoor tables and BBQ, and outdoor shower. The master bedroom wing has a large king bed with a private balcony and a full bathroom with a bath. A Smart TV is also included in this room. The other wing host three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and also a separate single toilet for all the house to use. Bedroom one has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has 1 king bed or can be made to 2 singles and bedroom three, a queen bed and a single bed. These two rooms both share the third main bathroom. Neighbourhood information

Belongil Beach is a 2.5km stretch of pristine beach just 1km north of the Byron Bay town centre. The beach is dog-friendly, offers great snorkelling opportunities, its north end is clothing-optional and is patrolled by lifeguards on select dates. Belongil is ideal for a long beach walk, being less crowded than Byron’s Main Beach. It is relatively safe for swimming, however, it’s best to swim on the southern end near Byron Bay and when the beach is patrolled. Please check the Byron Shire Council website for local surf lifesaving information or the Beach Safe Website for more details. Byron town is only a 10-minute walk away from your beachside home. Stroll along the beach or the main road into town. Leisurely breakfasts and lunches are available at the Belongil café, and laid-back dinner is available at the Tree House. Breath-taking sunrises and evenings are simply expected at the Pavilions. Byron Bay is a coastal town located on the far-north coast of NSW, Australia. At the time of booking, the guest is charged a 50% deposit of total accommodation. This will be charged on your credit card. Non-refundable crecit card charges apply.

Please inform Fuller Holidays in advance of your expected arrival time. Early check in or late check out is subject to availability and it is not guaranteed.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due 30 days before arrival (60 days for peak dates). On the day of your arrival, the property details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be texted/emailed to you.

A security deposit of $1000 - $3000 AU is required to be paid 30 day prior to your stay. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the

If the guest booking departure day is a Sunday, an additional cleaning charge of 50% of the standard rate, will be applied to their booking as per government wages penalty rate requirements, which will be collected direct with the agent.

The agent may enter the property at any time, with no prior notice, in the event of an emergency, repairs/maintenance and drop off household items.

If an inspection is required due to the property terms and conditions being breached or compromised, you agree to allow the agent to enter.

In the event of any renovation or building work carried out near the premises, Fuller Holidays cannot accept responsibility. There is no refund or discount on your tariff should noise occur during your stay. Guests cannot be relocated.

If the guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, guest shall be subject to eviction and forfeit the security bond.

All pets require pre-authorisation by the agent, the guest must contact Fuller Holidays office to obtain approval. A pet fee of $33/per night is payable. A request can be placed for a maximum of 2 pets. They must not shed hair and not cause a nuisance through barking. Pets must be supervised at all times. An additional pet bond of $1000 is applicable. Unless otherwise advised in writing, pets are not allowed in or on holiday premises and grounds at any time.

If a staff member is called out outside the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm Mon-Fri, (for example a noise complaint, loss of keys or lockout), a $300 callout fee will be incurred by the Licensee which is payable before the end of the tenancy. Callouts between the hours of 10:00pm and 7:00am will incur a $500 fee.

All schoolies bookings must advise in writing to Fuller Holidays the intention of your stay and the total number of guests. Your property strictly forbids parties and gatherings, please note failure to comply will result in loss of bond and immediate termination. A separate Schoolies Terms and Conditions including all guests ID and parents ID and contact information must be provided to confirm the booking in full. A $3000-$5000 bond is applicable.

In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes.
