"Blue Fish" is a 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom property (with 2nd toilet) and is only 400m or a 6 minute walk to the famous Fingal Bay Beach. Features include Free Wifi, Boat Parking, Smart TV's, air conditioning and a Nespresso Coffee Pod machine. An open plan living area with floorboards, comfortable lounge suite, DVD player, a solid timber dining table seating up to 8 guests and a stylish, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The master bedroom includes a Queen Size bed, the second bedroom a Double Bed, the third and fourth bedroom contain two single beds each. There is a light filled tiled sunroom adjacent to the kitchen, ideal for relaxing with a good book, a fully equipped laundry with washer and dryer (and 2nd toilet) a single garage plus a single carport space and 2 driveway spaces - ideal for your boat. This home is complete with a child and pet friendly fully fenced rear yard with plenty of grass and a covered entertainment gazebo with outdoor setting and a gas BBQ.
