Blue Lotus is tidy newly painted 2 Bed, 2 bath first floor apartment in the Mediterranean Resort complex, featuring air-conditioning in the main living area and master bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, own laundry in the garage and a balcony which is a perfect place to have your morning coffee while taking in the breathtaking views of Airlie Beach. Access to the property is via a Keypad on the front door. The apartment is located on a hill in the popular Golden Orchid drive and about 700 metres from the town centre, restaurants, pubs, Woolworths and Airlie Beach and is a short stroll down the hill. The Port of Airlie and Boat haven beach are also in a walkable distance. The resort features two pools including a wet edge pool, Spa, BBQ area, onsite and off-street parking. The property also has its own garage. As the property is self-contained, daily housekeeping is not included, however the property contains a few essentials such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, dish washing liquid and washing powder. You may need to purchase extra supplies for the duration of your stay. Extra cleaning may be arranged at a cost to the guest. The nearest airports to Airlie Beach are Whitsunday Coast Airport at Proserpine (39km) and Hamilton Island airport (31km). Please note that the property is located on a hill and though only about 700 metres from the town centre, if you have mobility issues, it may be challenging to walk back up to the property, however there are taxis available at the town centre (there is no Uber in Airlie beach). The complex does not have lift access to the properties.
