BEACHFRONT LOCATION WITH MOUNTAIN VIEWS: The apartment is in the highly sought after Oceanus complex with the location being the drawcard. Located directly across from pristine Bokarina Beach, it is a short stroll to the cafe strip, the coastal pathway, parks and playground areas. 20km from Sunshine Coast Airport and close to Shopping Centres. This beautiful apartment offers all of life necessities whilst in a tranquil coastal setting. ACCOMMODATION: This apartment has been carefully designed to maximise the liveable space and views of the mountains. The interior finishes are a soft mix of neutral colours that are reflective of this stunning beach location. Complementing the sleek interiors are modern fixtures and fittings, including quality linen and high end appliances. AMENITIES: Enjoy access to the complex's 25m pool, heated children’s pool, gymnasium, steam room and a large pool deck with barbecue area, all surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens. You will enjoy free parking in your own designated underground carpark, lift access and free WiFi.
Bush walking, tennis, reading and the beach. Hoping all of our guests get to experience and fall in love with Bokarina as much as we have.
A 2 minutes walk to the new Bokarina Cafe Strip development which includes Bocca Italian Restaurant, Stoa Restaurant, Sunday Coffee and Bagels, Market Wine Shop, Boka Bites Fish and Chips and Wood & Wallace Ice Creamery. Performance Pilates and Tame Hair Studio add to the community hub.
