Pet Let is a South Australian-based manager of pet-friendly holiday homes.  We started in 2009, and now operate in SA and WA .  We love creating wonderful pet friendly spaces for humans and their fur kids.

It is light, bright and airy throughout and is perfect for family and friends looking to escape and relax. It is contemporary, stylish and has a very comfortable holiday vibe. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and open plan living with sea views from all main rooms (including all bedrooms). The house is single-storey with one step up to the deck level and into the house.
Just 1 minute from Kings Beach lookout and the Heysen Trail, which is a stunning place to walk and swim, 2 minutes to the Bluff, Whalers restaurant and Encounter Bay boat ramp, and only 8 minutes to Victor Harbor. Jagger Lake and reserve are a few hundred metres away—perfect for dog walks.
The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area offers ocean and Wright Island views with sliding doors to the deck. It features double blinds, louvre windows for airflow, and a 6-seater modular couch. The kitchen includes a large island with 4 stools, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pod machine and pantry. At night, enjoy the lights of Encounter Bay across the hills.
The big covered timber deck has an outdoor table, seating for six, and a gas BBQ. It enjoys views out towards Wright Island on one side and the Petrel Cove area on the other. There is a lovely rockery garden and lavender hedge surrounding the deck. You can sit back and enjoy the view with a glass of wine or coffee in hand.
All three bedrooms have some sea views – as there are ocean views to the front and back of the house. The rear of the house looks out over hills, paddocks and then to the ocean between the Bluff and Kings Beach.

Best Beach, Walks & Parks
Encounter Wetlands
A lovely walk particular in windy conditions as its far more sheltered than the beach.  Located at Matthew Flinders Drive (on the other side of Tabernacle Road) this reserve has shelters and a walking path to enjoy this natural haven.  Encounter Wetlands is an attractive parkland area that utilises the natural wetlands of Encounter Bay.
Esplanade
Nothing beats walking along the ocean – there is a sealed path that takes you all the way from The Bluff (at the far end of Franklin parade) to Goolwa (passing through Victor Harbor, Hayborough, Port Elliot and Middleton). There are doggy bag spots along the way
John Crompton Reserve
John W Crompton Reserve – corner of Tabernacle and Nicholas Boudain, a lovely park with play equipment, gardens and a beach on the lake.  Great for small and big kids alike.  
Kent Reserve
Located at the Victor Harbor end of Franklin Pde, this large park has a small basketball court, adult gym equipment, BBQ facilities, shelters and toilets
Kings Beach
King’s Beach Retreat offers two self-catering retreats located on prominent King’s Head a thirty minute walk from Victor Harbor’s Bluff it commands amazing views along this famous wilderness coast… A two minute walk by a private access track takes you to secluded, sheltered King’s Beach or to the Heysen Trail which is fast gaining an international reputation for stunning coastal walks.
Take a ten minute drive to Encounter Bay and enjoy a variety of restaurants and cafes. A fifteen minute drive will take you to Victor Harbor which boasts restaurants, hotels, major supermarkets, cafes, library, DVD hire and of course the famous horse drawn tram to Granite Island.
Port Elliot Dog Park
A brilliant secure area for your dogs to play and exercise.  Complete with balls, tunnels, mounds, water and lots of other fun things for dogs.  Head to Tottenham Rd, Pt Elliot,
