So close to the beach you can hear it! Perfectly located to enjoy Encounter Bay – the beach is a short flat walk, the lake with its public beach and park just a few hundred metres away, and the wetland walks only minutes across the street. Multiple cafes are also within walking distance – one on the lake and three on Franklin Parade.
And best of all is the virtually brand new, three-bedroom, 2 bathroom house! As you walk in the front door, there is a small lounge on the right-hand side which is a delightful nook for quiet reading or watching TV. Next is the main bedroom with walk-in robe and ensuite. The other two bedrooms are to the rear of the house with a three-way bathroom between them (separate shower and bath, separate toilet, and separate vanity).
The open plan kitchen and dining/living area open out onto a large undercover patio. The kitchen has a double door fridge, a dishwasher, microwave, and a breakfast bar that seats three.
There is ducted reverse cycle air conditioning throughout the house. There is a double garage available for guest use and a wide concrete driveway so bring the boat! The Encounter Bay boat ramp is only a few minutes drive away so this is a perfect location for the avid boatie!
