Relax and enjoy the amazing views from the alfresco , roast marshmallows on the outdoor fire. A clean and comfortable house on a 90 acre farm opposite Kinglake National Park awaits . Wander up the track for amazing 360° views , spotting wildlife on the way . With a choice of over 4 vineyard - winery's 5 - 20 min and the Flowerdale Estate and Flowerdale pub mins away , you'll find some great meals . Perfect for Wedding stays , Families , & Work Walk or animal watch, or simply unwind. No Pets
Host lives on-site 100 metres away , privacy assured though happy to interact . We can also be reached via air b&b message or text if required, although we'll usually check to make sure your comfy. Break o day view is a working farm and you may see the host occasionally, but again your privacy is assured.
Situated in a beautiful rural valley with only a handful of farming properties it's a very peaceful and relaxing place . The local pubs about 5-10 minutes up the road. Lovely views and sunsets , in a quiet setting with an abundance of wildlife and a good walking track. Our house is 100 meters away on the other side of the property , hidden by the tree's with a separate driveway , so your privacy is assured. You might encounter some sheep and a couple of geese ,chickens and two jack russells . Plenty of parking space for your vehicles , and a local driver you can book if the designated driver want's a sip .
