Offering an entertainer's dream with an expansive open-plan kitchen, dining and living spaces, opening up to a wrap around balcony for outdoor dining via stacker glass doors.
A spacious well-appointed house with ample living over two levels, ideal for families and groups.
Pet friendly - upon approval and additional fee applies.

UPSTAIRS:
* features captivating sea views from the large windows off the entertaining areas
* includes the open plan kitchen with huge breakfast bar, where you can enjoy a morning coffee, share a meal in the dining space and relax in the lounge area watching the flat screen TV and DVD player.
* The gas BBQ is located on the deck so you can cook up a feast whilst enjoying the views and ocean air.
* The master queen bedroom on the top floor includes a TV and wardrobes for your storage
* The second bedroom has a brand new King bed or alternatively 2x split (long) single beds, with built-in wardrobe.

We fell in love with the holiday feel and coastline of the Victor Harbor area.
It.'s only an hour's drive from the city of Adelaide, through the wine region of McLaren Vale and rolling country hills, it offers a great coastal getaway, and we love to share this area and our holiday house with you.
Breezes @ Hayborough is an ideal choice for large family groups or friends, looking to get-away together. Perfectly located between vibrant Victor Harbor and the popular Port Elliott; the beaches, bakeries and wineries are at your doorstep.
Hayborough's beach Oliver’s reef, is a short 300m stroll with stair access to the beach to reach the sand and water. During whale migration season, mothers and calves have been spotted. Granite Island is perfect for a stroll around.
