This beautiful holiday home is located in the highly sought after beachside suburb of Battery Hill, close to the trendy cafes and restaurants at Dicky and Moffat Beaches and to the heart of Caloundra. Positioned less than 700 metres from the shore of Currimundi's Surf Beach and just minutes from a number of other popular coastal beaches and Currimundi Lake, this immaculately maintained home boasts: - Tastefully renovated Hamptons style kitchen - 4 sizeable bedrooms - 2 bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) - 3 living areas including a formal lounge room - Covered entertainment area looking toward the modern in-ground salt water pool - Fully fenced yard - Large back covered patio - Wif and Ac - Pet friendly Bedding Configuration: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed + Single Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed + Single Bed Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Bedroom 4: Queen Bed Please note - No Access to Garage - Parking available inside secure gate or on street.
