Recently constructed with unparalleled grandeur & comfort, a magnificence you feel from arrival. The outdoor areas include a heated lap pool, spa, sauna with change rooms and showers and a fully equipped gymnasium with reformer bed. It also includes a tranquil outdoor BBQ and entertaining area. Broadbeach is a very popular are on the gold coast. It is centrally located on the Gold Coast, walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. It is only a short distance from the fabulous Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. The building has secure basement parking. Trams and buses are close by
