A Perfect Stay was created as a result of our highly successful holiday accommodation business, Byron Bay Holiday Rentals, which was founded in 2004 in the Byron Shire. Initially operating in and around the Byron Bay region, the demand grew for expansion into other areas and A Perfect Stay was born. A Perfect Stay now manages over 300 private and elegant homes in many parts of Australia including; the Gold Coast and Brisbane in Queensland, Melbourne and Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, and Sydney, Byron Bay, Tweed Coast, Lennox Head, and Scotts Head in New South Wales.

Manicured gardens surround the house and accommodate the pool and a large separate BBQ and casual dining pavilion. Beautiful Byron's Brae is a property giving you the best of both worlds; enjoy the beaches and culture of the towns by day, and escape back home to the stars and country quiet by night. IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION: a 50% deposit will be charged at the time of booking, otherwise full payment is required if arriving within 30 days. To process a booking, we require a guest's identification, personal email address and mobile phone number no later than 7 days after booking, or by the last business day prior to the arrival date; whichever is earliest. If we are unable to verify the guest’s identification and details we will, unfortunately, be unable to confirm the booking. Please note, check-in and check-out is not permitted on Christmas Day (25 December).

Conveniently located just minutes from all of the local attractions, you couldn’t ask for a more convenient spot. The Saturday morning Farmer’s Markets of Bangalow are a 10 minute drive away, as are Byron’s beautiful beaches. Alternatively, a 15 minute drive will take you to Federal’s Doma Café, a favourite with the locals.
