Please note before booking, please make sure these requirements suit you, Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card prior to check-in via a secure online form. These items may be presented in person if you are picking up keys during our normal office hours. All after-hours arrivals will be required to fill in the form. Keys to the property are to be picked up at an agency location at Cornerstone Stores.
All payments are handled directly by Booking.com and all reservations must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. If payment isn't received, your booking will be cancelled.
In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy, as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8am. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
