Fantastic, modern, top floor apartment with ducted air-conditioning, large open plan living, kitchen and dining area. Located a 300m walk across the foot bridge to Main Beach and the same around the footpath to the surf club beach access. Now with free Wi-Fi Internet

Refurbished with leather sofas, LCD TV, DVD player, soundbar, dishwasher, microwave oven, laundry with washer & dryer, ensuite, ceiling fans to all bedrooms and TV in main bedroom. Gas BBQ and comfy outdoor lounge on east facing balcony. Two secure parking spaces with automatic door (height 1.9m). Both bathrooms fully refurbished.
