Charlie and Roy's farm stay is a family friendly home on an old vineyard. The property is nestled beneath Wedding Cake mountain and is set on 173 acres of pasture,and forest with a large lawn area. It is just 4.2km from the village of Berry and is close to bush walking trails, wineries, and beaches. The home is perfect for one or two families or small groups who want to enjoy Berry and be in a peaceful country setting. Being a farm, there are friendly farm animals too. The are behind secure fencing but love to be patted and fed carrots over the fence. The road is quiet and perfect for walking, jogging and cycling.

I love the peace and quiet of the area plus it proximity to town. The animals are mainly rescue farm animals and inlude sheep, cows, donkeys, horses, and chickens.

Berry, has a range of lovely restaurants and pubs as well as shops and cafes. Nearby, there is 7 Mile Beach and Cambewarra Lookout and restaurant. There is a huge playground in town which is perfect for littlies aswell as a swimming pool next to the showground The neighbours are friendy and make it a really relaxing place surrounded by nature.
