Come and experience the beautiful Australian nature at our charming country residence, only 20 minutes drive from the city of Ballarat. We have a spacious and comfortable ensuit master bedroom available. Our residence is situated in the country, surrounded by farmland and trees. Quiet and safe, with ample car park. 15 minutes drive from Woolworth supermarket, suitable for travelers with own car or caravan. We provide free unlimited wifi and 24 hours hot water and air conditioner. We can also provide pick up service at extra cost if you plan to rent a car.
I'm Leon and retired, now. My wife and I living in this property. I used to be an engineer and manager. I enjoy to know friends coming from all world.
This property is located in rural area, very quiet and charming. It will take only 20 min driving from Ballarat City. The house is in the center of the property, which is surrounded by huge pine trees above 30 meters high. My neighbors are typical Aussie farmers, friendly and warm to their neighbors. but you haven't lot chance to meet them because our houses are more than 300m apart
