Welcome to our comfortable 3-bedroom home in Cheltenham, perfect for families or small groups. Each bedroom features a queen bed, sleeping 6 guests.
Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood, you're just minutes from Westfield Southland shopping centre, cafes, local parks, and Cheltenham Station for easy access to Melbourne CBD. The beautiful beaches of Beaumaris and Sandringham are also just a short drive away.
An open plan living and dining area. Unwind by the electric fireplace on cooler nights, surrounded by stylish modern furnishings. The dining space seats six.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Off the kitchen, you’ll also find a laundry with a washer/dryer combo for your convenience.
The bathroom features both a bath and shower, with a separate toilet for added practicality. All three bedrooms have queen-size beds.
Step outside to the fully fenced backyard. The home also offers a secure single lock-up garage with an EV charging point.
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

All linens and towels will be included; however, lost or damaged linen/towels may incur costs.
We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a fee will be charged.

The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area, this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions. If you would like a copy of this prior to your stay, please let us know and send us your email address. If you need any advice, we are happy to assist.

Please note that parking is available on the street and does not require a permit. However, it is not located on the premises.
