Fantastic city views at this centrally located 1 bed unit situated in a stylish complex. King-size bed with large smart tv and block-out curtain. Study with single bed. Ducted centralised air con throughout. Comfortable living area opens out onto a balcony with stunning views of the river & city. Smart tv to lounge and full size kitchen. Designated secure parking and a short walk to all South Brisbane has to offer.
