A cosy, traditional family beach house. Centrally located so you can park the car and walk to the beach or into town to enjoy all that Cowes village has to offer. Tastefully decorated with classic family convenience in mind. Wind back in the large backyard enjoying a bbq or chill out in one of the 2 family rooms to watch some DVDs, read or play boardgames. Classic beach house vibes.
Lovers of traditional beach holidays our family has grown up loving the natural wonders of the island, it's laid back lifestyle and the simple, relaxed, living that this home offers.
Outdoor living is so easy from our location whether its a day at gorgeous lovers walk beach, bike riding to the boat ramp cafe or Silverleaves, a hit of golf nearby, amazing walks along the rugged southern coast. Easy walk to the supermarkets for all your supplies. From the property the Penguin parade is a 10 min drive, Grand Prix track 9 min drive, A Maze N things 8 min drive, Phillip Island Wildlife Park 4 min drive, Smiths beach 8 min drive
