We pride ourselves on our customer service and property management experience. Call us on 02 44412135 if you have any queries. For all our holiday properties we ask for a security deposit of between $200 - $500. This is refunded within 14 days from departure if there is no excess cleaning or damage. Please note most of our holiday houses do not provide linen or towels. Please check the detail of your booking. Local linen hire is available. Ask us for contact details. Please note we dont take bookings where all the guests are under 21 years of age.

With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the capacity to accommodate up to eight guests, Cockatoo House is perfect for families or groups seeking a memorable getaway. Things to note about the property: Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company) Aircon and Wifi are available. No Garage Access No smoking inside the house No Pets allowed. No Slipway Access (local boat ramp is minutes from the house)
