Mother to 6 boys and lover of nature. I will almost always be nearby should you need something!
We love the personal touch of b&bs and the stories gathered along the way and hope you will make some cherished memories of your own.
Jarrahdale is a beautiful country town with a tight knit community. The sort of town where everyone knows their neighbour, you can stop and say hello without hesitation to those you pass walking by. With nearby towns such as Byford expanding rapidly, conveniences such a supermarkets and sporting facilities are ever closer whilst we retain our country feel thanks to the steep rocky terrain and the protection of the national park to the sides.
The Jarrah milling town has a rich history behind it full of stories, with the wood milled ending up as far away as London to make cobblestones - call in to the local museum and read all about it!
Guests can get to most places around town by walking or cycling, though the entrances to several trails will require a short drive and any major shopping is best done in the surrounding suburbs. There is some supplies in the local post office which is open late and general store. Public transport is not readily available with only an early morning and late afternoon service.
