Once the booking is confirmed, we will require a copy of the guest's ID along with a selfie photo while holding it.
A valid credit card is necessary for the damage deposit bond, which will be authorized 2-3 days before your arrival. Kindly acknowledge and sign the terms and conditions before your arrival. Failure to provide these documents may result in the cancellation of your booking.
Please note that the property can only accommodate guests aged 25 or older unless accompanied by an adult over 25. Additionally, there is a non-refundable 3.5% credit card fee for any payment made using a credit card.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON ACCESS: The keys for this property are only able to be collected and dropped off between the hours of 6am and 10pm (subject to your agreed upon check-in time). The key pick up location is a 6 minute walk or 4 min drive away from the property.
If you are unable to collect/drop off the keys within this timeframe there will be no refund or compensation by L'Abode Accommodation. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for not allowing this to impact your star rating, as we have provided this information in advance.
