The master suite is positioned at the front of the property and features a private ensuite, while the remaining bedrooms are located toward the rear, each equipped with built in closets and coat hangers for convenient summer storage. Kids will love their very own games lounge complete with a pool table, foosball and TV, creating a dedicated fun zone that lets the adults relax or prep meals in peace. The heart of the home is the expansive open plan kitchen and second living area. A fully equipped laundry with washer and dryer adds extra convenience for longer stays. Step outside into a fully fenced backyard, where children can play safely or enjoy a game of backyard cricket. Meanwhile, the adults can unwind in the alfresco dining space which features a gas BBQ and plenty of seating. After a day at the beach, rinse off under the outdoor shower before settling in for a cozy night. Located just a 15 minute stroll from Inverloch’s popular surf beach and a short drive to the town’s vibrant cafes, boutiques and shops, this holiday home strikes the perfect balance between seaside charm and modern comfort.
