Charming, spacious and private 2 bedroom Granny Flat with its own private bathroom / shower, kitchen, laundry facilities.
Main room has Double bed built in wardrobe with linen included, secondary room is King Single bed with built-in wardrobe with linen included. Combined lounge & Dining area with full size dining table for 4 people, pull out sofa bed which can sleep two additional guests preferably children only, maximum guests allowed is 4 adults or 5 people in total (adults+children).
Fully equipped kitchen with cooking facilities, stove, microwave, espresso machine, kettle, toaster and fridge.
Small patio outside dining table, free WiFi and air-conditioning, free parking onsite for one vehicle please notify if required when booking.
Self check in anytime after 3pm with key lockbox.
PLEASE NOTE:
This is for booking the entire Granny Flat (both bedrooms) as you will have use of both rooms and sofa bed for accommodation.

Inner West Bankstown is a vibrant Multi ethnicity township centrally located 25 minutes drive from Sydney airport and 30 minutes travel by train to Sydney CBD. Sydney Olympic stadium Precinct is 20 minutes drive if visiting for sporting or concerts hosted there.
