Crown Metropol is located next to the Crown Entertainment Complex, and opposite Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. It is a 10-minute walk to Southern Cross Station and Docklands. We wish to advise that the pool will be closed for required maintenance from Monday December 15th and will reopen at midday on Thursday 18th December. During this time our guests will have access to Crown Towers and Crown Promenade pools. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Hotel registration and check in is available only to guests who are not prohibited from entering the hotel, are 18 years of age or over, and are recorded on the reservation at the time of booking. A valid hardcopy photo identification acceptable to Crown must be supplied in order to check-in, which will be recorded by Crown. Payment in full is required for all accommodation upon check-in (if not prepaid in advance). Purchases made throughout the stay must be paid for when ordered.
