Just a 10-minute drive from Melbourne CBD, SoYa Apartment Hotel is conveniently located to explore the city and its surrounds. All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove top, full sized refrigerator and a dishwasher. SoYa Apartment Hotel is 100 metres from South Yarra Train Station and a 5-minute walk from the Yarra River. Royal Botanic Gardens Melbourne is a 15-minute walk away. All air-conditioned apartments feature a dining area, lounge area, sound-proofed double-glazed windows, an Android 10-inch tablet, Google mini, free Spotify and 2 flat-screen TV's both with Netflix. They offer a desk and a bathroom with a bath tub and shower. Limited pet friendly rooms are available. - Guests can share a meal using the BBQ facilities, and there is limited on-site parking for an additional fee per day. Early check-in and late check-out may be available, on request.
