A gorgeous four bedroom home in Peregian Beach awaits you. The top level features an open plan living area that extends to an outdoor entertaining area with a verandah, barbeque, and stunning views of Noosa National Park, creating the perfect setting to enjoy the sunset. Upstairs, three bedrooms are located, including the master bedroom with walk-in robe and an ensuite with a full bath. Downstairs, you'll discover an additional living area, a powder room (plus shower), and a fourth bedroom/study. This area leads to the backyard where you can relax in a fully landscaped garden with a swimming pool. The lower level also houses a well equipped laundry with a washer and dryer. The house is located within walking distance to the beach or Peregian Beach Village. Peregian Beach Embodies a relaxed, family friendly atmosphere, making it a chilled-out beach community. The Village boasts trendy cafes, excellent coffee, delicious bakery, designer boutiques, and restaurants suitable for families. Please note we do have additional beds for extra guests, room capacity is for a maximum of 8 people only. No parties or events allowed. Registered guests only.
