This 3-bedroom, freshly painted, air-conditioned unit is located on the waterfront of Shoal Bay Beach with beautiful views from the private side-facing balcony, which is equipped with gas BBQ & outdoor furniture. At your doorstep are the pristine, calm waters and soft white sands of Shoal Bay Beach and the beautiful foreshore reserve offering free BBQ and picnic facilities and its row of restaurants, cafes, pubs, and shops.Trail to the peak for breathtaking views of the Port Stephens coastline. There are 4 beaches in Shoal Bay to choose from; Shoal Bay Beach is popular for paddle boarding and snorkeling whilst Zenith, Box, and Wreck Beach are most popular for surfing and body boarding. There are 3 bedrooms, all with built-in robes. One bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom, while the 2nd bedroom has a double bed and the 3rd bedroom has a single bed and a trundle bed which can be raised to the height of a normal bed. There is undercover parking, with the entrance to the units from the rear in Lillian Street into the first driveway. Important Notes: Linen and bath towels are included at this property, your beds will be made for your arrival.
