On offer is the lower part of the home which features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, huge living area and gourmet kitchen leading out to a stunning fully enclosed outdoor area and pool. It’s modern design incorporates smooth lines and neutral tones which has resulted in a timeless masterpiece. The lower level is ideal for entertaining with open plan living, dining and kitchen area, opening to the alfresco dining area through floor to ceiling glass sliders. Upstairs the floor plan is reversed with the open plan kitchen, dining and living areas at the front of the property and opening to a private balcony. The quality of this home is outstanding with no expense spared and, with the separate entry points, two families could easily stay at this residence without imposing on each other’s space. Please note: No events, parties or school leaver groups permitted. Guests must comply with the Noosa Shire Council Code of Conduct for Guest Behaviour. Linen and cleaning fees are included in your stay. Please ensure the property is left clean and tidy to avoid any additional cleaning fees. Please bring your own beach/pool towels. For stays of 10+ nights, a mid-stay housekeeping service is provided. A small starter pack of amenities is supplied. Guests may need to purchase additional items.
