This suburb to the east of Dunsborough provides an even quieter experience for holidaymakers, thanks to its pristine bush and residential-only stretch of coastline. Quindalup beach is a continuation of Dunsborough town beach, but the further out of town it goes, the more pristine the waters and sand become. It is a popular swimming beach, thanks to slightly deeper (but still very shallow!) and crystal clear waters. It is also an excellent location for all things fishing and boating, and is home to the local yacht club, a public boat ramp and a commercial fishing boat ramp. Dogs are welcome down the majority of this stretch of beach, but despite its popularity, it never feels crowded. The landscape rolls seamlessly through to the Yallingup hills, with all of its delights to be discovered. Not to be missed is the famous Simmos Ice Creamery, Goanna Bush Cafe, for excellent brekkie or lunch options in a beautiful setting, and Blind Corner for excellent organic wines.
