This inviting space is appointed with comfortable lounge suites and flows effortlessly toward views of the sparkling inground pool. An adjacent second living area offers additional flexibility for relaxed family living or quiet retreat. The statement 8-seater dining table anchors the main living space, perfect for entertaining in style. The kitchen combines warmth and functionality, featuring timber benchtops and quality appliances, including a five burner gas cooktop. Opening via French doors all areas benefit from the serene poolside vantage. A beautiful air conditioned master bedroom with ample wardrobe space and a plush ensuite featuring twin vanities and a comfortable freestanding bath. Upstairs, with its raked ceilings and lush carpets are an additional two large air conditioned bedrooms, both with built in robes and one with semi-ensuite access to the main bathroom. An alcove serves as a second media area and ideal retreat for the children. Please note: No events, parties or school leaver groups permitted. Guests must comply with the Noosa Shire Council Code of Conduct for Guest Behaviour. Linen and cleaning fees are included in your stay. Please ensure the property is left clean and tidy to avoid any additional cleaning fees. Please bring your own beach/pool towels. For stays of 10+ nights, a mid-stay housekeeping service is provided. A small starter pack of amenities is supplied. Guests may need to purchase additional items.
