Welcome to Evermoore, a property like no other in Australia. A European-style chateau hidden in the hills of Bellingen, with the Never Never River running through the property. The castle bedrooms will transport you to the realm of fairytales, whilst the separate Octagon Suite offers a fourth bedroom with bath and kitchenette looking out to the mountains. Ground-level of the castle is wheelchair accessible.
This earth is too beautiful to sit still in one place for too long. I'm an adventurer and love traveling to discover new places. I also have several favorite destinations that I will always go back to experience- Santorini, Buenos Aires, Byron Bay, Sydney, New York, Black Rock City, Fiji, Kauai, and Sedona, Arizona.
We live 100 metres from the castle and are home most of the time. We may cross paths down at the river having a swim.
Gleniffer is a short drive from Bellingen and is undoubtedly one of the country's most coveted rural destinations, certainly for those seeking to connect to nature far from the city hustle.
Evermoore is blessed to have the Never Never River bordering the property and is completely surrounded by native bushland and the majestic Old Man Dreaming mountain ("Ngali" in local Gumbaynggirr language), offering privacy and intimacy with nature.
The famous Promised Land is only fifteen minutes drive, as is the town of Bellingen.
Dorrigo Rainforest is 30 minutes drive.
Urunga boardwalk and beach is 30 minutes drive.
Free parking in all of the area.
If you can, bring bicycles for adventuring around Gleniffer and The Promised Land, it's about a thirty-minute bike ride into Bellingen village. We have a couple of bikes at the main house that you're welcome to borrow if we're not using them :)
