Property information

Please provide all linen and towels for your stay. The Magic Beach Bouse' Mis just a 10 minute easy walk to the glorious beaches of Walkerville South. The House features enormous picture windows, polished floor boards, stylish furnishings, reverse cycle air-conditioning & gas heating. The spacious well equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator, kettle and toaster along with all the cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and glassware you will need. The upstairs living area opens out to an expansive deck so you can take advantage of the spectacular views and enjoy outdoor entertaining. Other features are 4 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a laundry. This property does not accept schoolies, bucks, hens or other large parties/gatherings, penalties will apply to guests. Guests are required to complete a booking form and provide licence ID for guests and a credit card details prior to check in.
