Freshly renovated, clutter free & styled with gorgeous coastal charm. Located just 3 mins drive from Batemans Bay CBD. 2 mins drive to local golf club, Marina and sporting fields.
Direct access to golf course via back gates. Short drive to any of the stunning local beaches.
Drive through access makes for a great place to park your boat.
Ideal for families, couples or for groups of golfing friends. Plenty of space for kids to play outside. High Chair and porta-cot available on request.
