Property information

Wake up to the soothing sounds of the sea in this gorgeous 2BR apartment with South Mollymook Beach literally outside your front door. The space is sunny and bright, the wide balcony allowing light to stream into the beautifully decorated open-plan living/dining. Start up the BBQ and eat alfresco on the balcony overlooking the grounds, pool and beach. If cooking takes your fancy, the kitchen is well equipped with all you'll need including a dishwasher and a Sunbeam Cafe Series espresso machine for a true barista coffee. The main bedroom has a King bed and desk, and there are two single bunks sleeping four in the second bedroom. A port a cot is also available for little ones. With air-conditioning in the living area, and a ceiling fan in the main bedroom, you'll be comfortable, while a smart TV and DVD player, games and books provide plenty of entertainment. The bathroom is bright and modern with both a shower and a bathtub, and a separate full laundry is included for your convenience. Outside, you're spoiled for choice with a pool, tennis court and a communal BBQ and eating area in the complex, right opposite the beach. Parking with internal access comes with the property.
