Located in a peaceful and quiet complex of two in the ever-popular Booker Bay, enjoy being only a short walkfrom all that Ettalong village has to offer with its great cafes, shops, village markets, cinema and award-winning restaurants or jump on the Ferry and find yourself only minutes away from Palm Beach and Patonga. The main bedroom has a king bed, walk in robe and ensuite with shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and built in, while bedroom 3 has a single bed with trundle bed and built in. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. * Open plan living with comfortable lounges, flat screen TV, dining seats for 6 people. Wifi available * Modern kitchen with electric cooktop and oven, fridge, dishwasher and island bench. * Ducted aircon throughout, floorboards in living area, carpeted bedrooms. * Fully fenced yard with large deck and with gas BBQ * Main bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, ensuite off main with shower and toilet * Only a short walk to the beach, public wharf, shops, markets, cinema and restaurants All linen, towels and bed making included for all guests. You will only need to bring beach towels STRICTLY NO parties, functions, excessive noise or additional visitors allowed. Strictly no pets or smoking allowed
