2 'Florentine' has an large open plan living/ dining area that opens out onto the fantastic balcony with outdoor dining facilities and great views of the beach and boatramp. There is also a second living area with TV in the back section of the unit, bedrooms two and three are also located in this area which makes it perfect for the children. The large main bedroom is located on the waterside of the unit and has sensational water views, huge ensuite with a spa bath, TV and balcony access to allow the beautiful breeze to flow through. The main bathroom provides a full size bath, shower and a separate powder room toilet.   There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and a family size fridge, if dining out is an option for you, the unit is located within walking distance to West Diggers Club, Little Beach marina has the very popular Little Beach Boathouse restaurant which offers superb dining and a fantastic bar area downstairs so you can sit back and watch the incredible sunsets.   There is a kid's playground directly across the road from the unit and a safe netted swimming area, the complex has a lovely inground pool and secure undercover parking for one vehic

Port Stephens is an easy 2.5 hours from Sydney, with its 26 beautiful beaches, the largest stunning sand dunes in the southern hemisphere, Great Lakes Marine Park and a National Park encompassing 42,000 hectares of Worimi Conservation Lands with fantastic coastal walks. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing. So many activities to do - Diving, fishing, Dolphin and Whale watching, Camel & Horse riding on the beach, boat hire, 4WD and quadbike sand dune rides, Golf, Health & Wellbeing and shopping are to just name a few.

Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.
