Beautiful fully restored 2 bedroom stone cottage. Just 200 metres from the Cappuccino strip and cat bus route. 50 metres from shops. 1 bedroom with king size bed and 2nd bedroom with queen bed. Ceiling fans, wooden floors and built in robes in each.
Fully equipped modern kitchen and bathroom/laundry. Open plan living, dining kitchen with reverse cycle air conditioning
A delightful secure rear courtyard. Off street parking for one car.
