Safety and freedom blend seamlessly for your pet and the little ones in the fully enclosed yard and patio area, featuring outdoor dining for delightful family gatherings. An exciting table tennis setup awaits both children and adults in the lower level living area, fully tiled for easy enjoyment. The downstairs retreat also boasts two bedrooms, including two bathrooms, and a complete laundry facility for added convenience. Upstairs, a formal dining area seating 10 guests compliments the well equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee machine, cooking facilities and a family sized fridge. An additional living space on this level creates a welcoming ambiance. Step outside onto the expansive entertaining deck, equipped with a barbecue and outdoor lounge suite for delightful get togethers. The upper floor presents two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom featuring a relaxing bathtub creating an ideal sanctuary for unwinding after a day of coastal adventures. Guests must comply with the Noosa Shire Council Code of Conduct for Guest Behaviour. Linen and cleaning fees are included in your stay. Please ensure the property is left clean and tidy to avoid any additional cleaning fees. Please bring your own beach/pool towels. For stays of 10+ nights, a mid-stay housekeeping service is provided.
