Discover the ultimate luxury at Golden Sands Retreat, a stunning beachfront property nestled along the pristine shores of Wagait Beach, NT, this oasis is just a 1.5-hour drive from Darwin city or take the SeaLink Ferry from Cullen Bay for a quick 15-minute cruise to Mandorah Jetty.
For guests over 12, or those looking for separate bookings, we have 4 self-contained units on the property. These air-conditioned units feature a queen and single bed, ensuite bathrooms, kitchenettes, and a shared outdoor kitchen.
Minimum 2-night stay for the holiday house. Overnight stays in the units are welcome.
As a guest of the holiday house, you'll have exclusive use of the refreshing plunge pool and direct access to the beach. The outdoor amenities also include a hooded BBQ, firepit, and a ping pong table. The games room has an eight-ball pool table and a classic arcade machine.
Walking on the beach and witnessing breathtaking sunrises and sunsets can be a truly serene and captivating experience. The play of colours across the sky, the sound of the waves, and the peaceful atmosphere creates a sense of tranquility.
If you're a fishing enthusiast, the nearby Mandorah Jetty offers a convenient boat ramp and excellent fishing off the Jetty. Alternatively, cast off from the beach or rock bars, merely 50m from your backyard at Golden Sands. With an array of catches such as Barramundi, Snapper, Black Jewfish and Threadfin Salmon just to name a few.
The spacious open living areas of the house seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing you to soak in the beauty of the sea, the beach, the trees, and the vibrant birdlife surrounding you. The living areas offer a tropical and breezy ambiance, louvered windows and bifold doors, enabling the flow of refreshing sea breezes. (Only all 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned).
Well-behaved dogs are welcome, but kindly note that they are not permitted inside the house (max 2).
Special functions can be allowed pending management approval.
