This beachside duplex offers you a piece of Sunshine paradise with all the conveniences you need. Perfectly furnished in a fun and funky fashion, providing ample relaxation areas and peaceful seclusion. There is a huge entertaining deck off the upper living level with both alfresco dining and relaxed lounge seating. A hopper window opens from the kitchen to a table with bar stools and there is also a Weber BBQ included, perfect for enjoying an evening cooking on the deck. Two bedrooms downstairs, along with two bathrooms and another spacious media room with comfortable lounge seating. The sofa lounge suite in the media room supports additional sleeping opportunities for 2 x guests - additional linen fees apply if use of sofa is required - please advise in at time of booking. Cleaning charges are included in the rate, however to avoid additional cleaning charges please ensure the property is left in a reasonably clean and tidy manner. Please bring your own beach/pool towels. A small starter pack of amenities such as shampoo, soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, and tea and coffee is provided however once depleted guests must purchase their own items.
