About this property
Located in East Ballina, 200 metres from surf beaches and cafes, our Ocean View, Ocean View Premium, River View and River View Premium apartments, and of course both penthouses, have spectacular views of Shelly Beach and/or the Richmond River. The property offers guests the choice between 1, 2 or 3-bedroom self-catering apartments with a private courtyard or balcony. Our 3 bedroom penthouses feature open plan layouts, lounge and dining areas leading onto large terraces. They each have three bedrooms, two bathrooms with spa bath, full kitchens with separate dining areas and full laundry with washer and dryer. We have a River View and an Ocean View Penthouse. At Grandview Apartments you have access to a large swimming pool, a spa and a fitness centre. Secure covered parking, lifts, air-conditioning and free WiFi are also provided. Grandview Apartments is 3 minutes' drive from Ballina Golf Course. Ballina Byron Airport is a 10-minute drive and Byron Bay is 25 minutes’ drive away.
