This townhouse features a modern kitchen, attached to the air-conditioned, open plan living & dining area, which is equipped with TV, DVD Player and Wifi – everything you need for some down time indoors. Heading outside, you’ll find a private courtyard and alfresco area, complete with 6-seater dining setting and BBQ. All three bedrooms are upstairs, with the master featuring an ensuite bathroom and a private louvered balcony - a tranquil retreat for parents to unwind. This townhouse also offers a fully equipped laundry, and a cot and high chair for those travelling with small children. Situated in the centre of Forster, this property is a short 450 metre walk to Forster Main Beach, ocean baths, BBQ areas, and two popular cafés—Beach Bums and Wingman Espresso. 850 metres away you'll find Little Street Baths, a peaceful spot to swim, snorkel, fish, or simply relax by the water. Paradise Marina is also nearby, offering delicious food and coffee, and there’s a conveniently located boat ramp with ample trailer parking. Just around the corner is Mewali Homewares and Coffee, open daily from 8:00am, offering locally roasted coffee, one-of-a-kind homewares, leather goods, and sweet treats to go. Along Little Street you’ll find several boatsheds, including Aussie Boatshed, Waterline, and Number One Boatshed, where you can hire a boat or paddleboard and explore Wallis Lake. Wharf Street—Forster’s dining and entertainment hub—is only 500 metres away and boasts a wide variety of lakeside restaurants and bars. This is one of the best places to watch dolphins at sunset.
