This is a newly renovated to a high standard Apartment in the heart of Sunshine Beach 1 min walk to the nearest beach access off Pitcher Gap Modern kitchen and bathrooms with stone tops The property offers a spacious open plan design over two levels with quality furnishing and fittings. There is just 5 internal stairs to the bedroom level. Reno finished June 2021
